Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of PageWeight.co, a website performance analysis tool operated by Picqlo (“we”, “us”). By using the tool you agree to these terms.

The service

PageWeight sends URLs to the Google PageSpeed Insights API and presents the results in a readable format. Scanning is free and requires no account. A free account additionally lets you track URLs over time; paid plans raise those limits. The service is provided as-is, with no uptime guarantee, and may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

Accounts and plans

Tracking a URL over time requires an account. Plans and their limits:

  • Free — 3 tracked URLs, checked daily, 30 days of score history.
  • Solo ($9/month) — 15 tracked URLs, checked hourly, 1 year of score history.
  • Agency ($29/month) — 50 tracked URLs, checked hourly, unlimited score history.

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account.

Billing and subscriptions

Who you are paying

Paid plans are sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record for the transaction. This means Lemon Squeezy — not Picqlo — is the seller for payment purposes, handles the payment, collects any applicable sales tax or VAT, and will appear as the merchant on your card statement. Your purchase is also subject to Lemon Squeezy’s Buyer Terms.

Renewal

Paid plans are billed monthly and renew automatically until you cancel. We will tell you before any price increase takes effect.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from Manage billing in your dashboard, which opens your Lemon Squeezy billing page. Cancelling stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and then reverts to the free plan. To be certain a cancellation takes effect before the next charge, cancel at least 48 hours before your renewal date.

Refunds

If a paid plan isn’t right for you, contact contact@pageweight.co within 30 days of your first payment for that subscription and we will refund it in full. This matches the refund window we offer on Picqlo.

Renewal payments are not refundable — once a billing period has started, we do not refund unused time within it. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy and are returned to your original payment method.

Cancelling or downgrading — what happens to your data

We do not delete your data when you stop paying.

  • Your tracked URLs are kept. If you drop to a plan that covers fewer URLs than you have, nothing is removed — but only the number your plan covers will continue to be checked. You choose which ones: pause any URL from your dashboard, and the ones you leave active are the ones we monitor. If you don’t choose, we keep checking the oldest ones up to your plan’s limit.
  • Your score history is kept for at least 30 days after a subscription ends, even if your new plan’s history window is shorter. This gives you time to re-subscribe or export before older history is removed.
  • Beyond that grace period, score history older than your plan’s window is deleted (see the plan limits above).

You may delete your account or any tracked URL at any time. Deleting a URL removes its score history immediately, and cannot be undone.

Results are informational

Performance results are generated by Google’s Lighthouse engine and reflect a simulated mobile analysis from a Google data center at a single point in time. Scores can vary between runs. Results are provided for informational purposes only — they are not a guarantee of how your site performs for real visitors, and should not be used as the sole basis for technical decisions.

PageWeight is powered by the Google PageSpeed Insights API and your use of the tool is also subject to Google’s Terms of Service.

Acceptable use

You may use PageWeight to analyze any site you own or have permission to test. You may not:

  • Automate requests to scrape or bulk-analyze URLs at a volume that burdens our infrastructure
  • Use the tool to test URLs you do not have authorization to scan
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, probe, or attack the underlying Worker or API

We reserve the right to block access for misuse without notice.

No warranties

The tool is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We make no representations about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of the results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for damages arising from your use of this tool.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the tool after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
